Seize The Day – Time Management

I was at a lawyer’s office yesterday and came across 2 quotations which I found  it profound and most interesting, when we really take time to ponder its true meaning.

Both the quotations were about “ Time “.  Our most previous resource available to everyone of us.

All of us are given the precious  gift of time of  24 hours every day.  Yet we wonder why some of us get to accomplished more in a day and still have time leftover for family, play and a good night’s sleep.

Whilst , most people complain or justify that they cannot do more things that they enjoy due to lack of time. Yet we all have the same 24 hours given to us each day to get things done. A lesson from my mentor, Robert Allen, is to Do the things that are Most important to you first. The Big Rocks ! and also learn to procrastinate on the small little things that doesn’t add value in your life. The first quotation on time which I am sharing with you today relates to money is  titled  SEIZE THE DAY

Seize The Day

Seize The Day

SEIZE THE DAY

YESTERDAY is cashed cheque and cannot be used again.

TOMORROW is a promissory note and cannot be utilized today.

TODAY is  CASH in hand . You have  $86,400.00   (seconds ) a day !

Spend / Invest them wisely!

This reminds me about  the chapters  “Acting in a Certain Way ” and “ Efficient Action” from the book “ The Science of Getting Rich ‘ by Wallace Wattlles.

“ Do not bother as to whether yesterday’s work was well done or ill done; do to-day’s work well.

Do not try to do tomorrow’s work now; there will be plenty of time to do that when you get to it.”

You only have today to get things done.  Therefore, Do, every day, all that you can do that day, and do each act in a successful and efficient manner.

I hope you enjoy the sharing  :-)
